Welcome to the HealthyYum Community: Beautiful Pictures, Healthy Food, Deliciously Yummy!

Apologies for not sending you your weekly dose of HealthyYum last weekend! But we're back spicier than ever.

HealthyYum Weekly Challenge
Our last challenge was Spice It Up with CINNAMON. We received a lot of recipes with the ever flavorful cinnamon and the Super Cinnamon Oats by Fruits. Veggie. Life. stood out as our favorite. I always add cinnamon to my oatmeal, but this is taking it to another level (another dimension even)! Just look at that color.

Healthy Activities. If you need some inspiration to workout with the approach of the holidays, or if you just want to switch things up a little, then there are 2 workout challenges I want to highlight. Melissa of FitnessNYC is hosting a Leaner Legs Challenge which is all about toming those legs. Angela of Oh She Glows is hosting a Whittle My Middle Challenge which will help you trim that tummy area.
